RV Site Policies

Arrivals and Departures

  • Full payment required at time of reservation.
  • Check-in Time is 2:00 pm and Check-out Time is 11:00 AM
  • Prices are for four (4) occupants. Additional charges may apply for more than 4 occupants.
  • No refunds on early departures
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance by email.
  • All overnight guests must be listed on Corner Star Cabin & RV Park Site Service Agreement. Changes to occupancy must be approved by management.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Parking and Vehicles

  • Two (2) vehicle limit for each site plus your RV.
  • All vehicles including RV must have current registration, Inspection and License plates.
  • Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from RV site into the flow of traffic.
  • All vehicles must be in good, working, operational condition. No leaks, major damage, mechanical issues, flat tires, broken windows, etc.  Any maintenance issues must be corrected immediately.
  • Vehicle maintenance and repair are not allowed onsite.
  • No boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or recreational vehicles allowed without prior approval.
  • The speed limit on the property is 15 mph max.
  • Parking in vacant RV sites or cabin parking will result in being charged the daily rate and/or being towed.
  • No parking on grass areas.
  • No one may change sites without permission of CSCRV.

RV and/or Site Appearance

  • CSCRV reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based upon its appearance and/or condition.
  • Vehicles and RV’s older than 10 years must be approved by management.
  • All RVs must be in good, working, operational condition. No leaks, no major damage, no electrical/plumbing issues.  On-board heating, cooling, & plumbing must work properly.  Add on systems such as window A/C units are NOT allowed.
  • Maintenance issues arising during your stay must be resolved immediately. If repairs are not completed you will be asked to leave without refund.  Major repairs must be done offsite and not on Corner Star Cabin Property.
  • Customer is responsible for any added costs of electricity, utilities, or damage to property that result from maintenance issues with their RV or Vehicles.
  • Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection.
  • It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping
  • CSCRV reserves the right to disconnect water, electric, and septic at anytime for RV maintenance and/or property maintenance related issues.
  • Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers, industrial equipment, or large storage containers are allowed.  Storage containers under rig are allowed provided they are maintained in neat appearance and working condition.
  • Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundled.
  • Properly size your electric line for your unit. No light duty extension cords allowed.
  • Holiday decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks of holiday.
  • Do not hang clothes line and/or clothes outside your RV

Pet Rules

  • Limit two (2) pets per site
  • All pets to be always on a leash in owner’s hand while outside the RV or vehicle.
  • Always clean up after your pet.
  • Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on the property.
  • Pets are not to be left unattended outside the RV. Frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave.
  • No aggressive dogs or animals that could harm someone, their pets, or their property.
  • Pet owners are responsible for the actions of their pets.

General Rules

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • By law, CSCRV is a service-oriented business and therefore we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any guests. At no point should guests assume this location as a permanent residence.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
  • Unnecessary noise, drunkenness and disorderly conduct will not be allowed and may result in you being asked to leave. CSCRV may charge guests a $250.00 fee for any afterhours disturbance.
  • Guests must keep the grounds trash free! Place trash in the dumpster onsite.  CSCRV may charge guests a $25 site cleanup fee if above average cleaning of the site is needed, to be determined in CSCRV’s sole discretion.
  • Fires are allowed in BBQ grills only. All fires must be extinguished by bedtime or if unattended.  DO NOT place hot coals in the dumpster.  Guests must follow Comal County Fire Mashal guidance on burn bans.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children at all times. Guests are financially responsible for any damages incurred by their children. Guests are responsible for safety and actions of their visitors’ children.
  • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by their RV, vehicles, animals, personal property, or visitors.
  • CSCRV is not responsible for damages.
  • CSCRV will not be and is not responsible for theft or injury occurring during your stay.
  • Guests are liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident or any other cause to the personal possessions of guests or their guests. CSCRV management and/or office personnel of the property is in no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident or any other cause to the personal possessions of guests or their guests.
  • Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors and guests.
  • CSCRV does not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend your stay. Check with the manager for possible extension.
  • While in the park, please put all cigarette butts in the proper container.
  • Guests are NOT permitted inside the onsite cabin in the park unless they have contracted for the use of the cabin.
  • Use of water for non-potable services, such as washing vehicles, RVs, etc. is not permitted.
  • No swimming pools or slip & slides.
  • No big trucks in campground (semi’s, 18-wheelers, etc.)
  • No generators are allowed in the park.
  • CSCRV reserves the right to temporarily disconnect water during periods of below freezing weather. CSCRV will provide notice prior to disconnecting.
  • We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of these Rules and Regulations
